Stand-up Photo Sculptures Project!

Does anyone out there know the process in which to make the "Stand-up Photo Sculputers??"

What it is----taking a photo and applying the photo to plexiglass and cutting the image out of the plexiglass and then you set it on a plexiglass base, therefore, it stands up..

Please let me know--or pass this on to anyone who can help me learn this process!!
